Achieve Healthcare Technologies has provided technology products and services to more than 2,500 long-term care customers nationwide for more than 10 years. Since its inception in 1994, Achieve leveraged several acquisitions enabling the company to build its PathLinks product, which is used successfully in 1,000 facilities nationwide, and truly transform into an organization committed to developing clinical and financial technology solutions for long-term care facilities.
Achieve’s newest product, Achieve Matrix, is a Web-based, easy-to-use workflow improvement tool that helps reduce medical errors, falls and hospitalization rates, while increasing reimbursements and staff time with residents. Through its products and services, Achieve helps remedy long-term care challenges with electronic health records, point of care, business intelligence and IT services.
Achieve is an affiliate of the Health Quest Group, which was founded in 1970 and built and operated 22 long-term care facilities, including three sub-acute units, 425 assisted living units and 275 retirement apartments through 1993. In addition, Health Quest developed a 22,000-bed institutional pharmacy, a contract rehabilitation therapy company and a home infusion therapy business.
