Achieve focuses on the eldercare industry. Each of its products and services aim to provide functionality to eldercare facilities that help them improve care and spend more time with residents. Currently, Achieve offers two clinical and financial software systems – Achieve Matrix, a Web-based software and PathLinks, a client/server software. In addition, Achieve offers Point of Care – a mobile charting technology; Achieve Matrix eScribing, an electronic prescription drug software; Achieve Matrix Enterprise Reporting, a business intelligence tool that allows users to view critical facility information at the corporate level.

Achieve serves long-term care, sub-acute, assisted living and independent living facilities, as well as continuing care retirement communities.

What is your support model?
Achieve provides a real-time support model that allows customers the option of calling support or sending an e-mail. Depending on the nature of the question, customers are routed to an Achieve analyst in clinical, financial or technical support. The Achieve support team uses a tracking system that allows them to track customer inquiries from initial contact to resolution, ensuring that each customer request is given the proper, necessary attention. In addition, Achieve customers can log and track inquiry progress with the help of an interactive tool on the “Clients Only” section of our Web site.

Who provides your application hosting?
In 2006, Achieve entered into an agreement with IBM to provide application hosting services for Achieve Matrix and PathLinks.
